Who do you think turned in the TA. If you know where to look you would know, so I guess you don't. Where do you think sec received the info from to file charges.
RA, logic dictates that will be likely. What I am looking for is Emax's TA to give testimony on any questionable practices of the companies she services in order to reduce her sentence. When she "sings" I look for things to get real interesting here!
Go back and look at Emax's statements about the TA. NOTHING but praise and compliments, even backing them on the dividend issue with excuses!
