hi WallS...i believe the comment "hippo" is in reference to a previous elected official known as Cabeza de Pinga...a rather "nefarious" fellow..i don't think there is any connection to the track, but do appreciate your cgaq DD search!

The second comment down states "When the hippo comes on STAGE he will resolve all problems" I don't see where it says online. Even if it did I don't see where that would be a big deal.
