None of the PR's that I know of were false or intentionally misleading. I know an attn'y ok's all of them and they are double reviewed for accuracy. Not to mean that in time things dont change. Not defending him as much as the reality that things happen.
And I still would wager no SEC investigation. Bet you donuts!! lol
