Few investors in pinks such as ASFX are even remotely interested in any filings, . 99% of ALL Pinks are a pump and dump game. There is a collaborated effort to sell shares. Unwitting investors are the victims, (they don't understand what is really going on). however a few (in the game) profit handsomely from their efforts to deceive.
ASFX is not the typical pink stock. it does indeed have products, the value of the products are worthy of debate. Financials pretty much speak for themselves, although not good. Many of the early associats of ASFX lead the Doc down the wrong path. It has been an intersting and educational experience for myself and, i am sure, a few others. Dog

If ASR uses the funds from the additional shares to manufacture more products to sell then it's a good thing, IMHO.

What's refreshing is to be invested in a small market company who is "fully reporting".
