I agree, it certainly does not deter these people from doing these very things. The worst thing is giving up what you haven't spent and potentially no longer participating in a public company. Well remember one thing about this board, it has been putting it out there for over a year now. Elsewhere exists a tool of the company that is clearly a part of the whole scheme, wether you agree or not does deter me from pointing it out.
