The PR came out at 4 PM, but we caught the 8-K at about 3:45 PM. I'm always reading and getting alerts off the "8-K Ticker" -- I use the 10KWizard e-mail Alert service with "string" searches, although I have a straight PTSC Alert! If they file, Alert me, immediately! lol.

Not many caught the 8-K...we'll see tomorrow how the News goes over.

My only Mantra now..."Don't Sell too early! Don't Sell too Early! Hang on! Hang on!..." lol.

From .142 to .159 and vol ~1.5m in 15 min. in not lackluster IMO.

However, your point is taken. I would have hoped for more as well.

As it is, it allowed some people, like myself, to add without a paying a premium!
