ks3000, The only response I ever got was from Don.... and he offered his services regarding the removal of the restrictive legend, but for all other information he referred me to corporate, but didn't give any contact information. He never responded again when I asked for specific contact information.

I am still trying to figure out the reason for the corporate licensing renewal. The only thing I could come up with in my opinion was to be able to sell the MXMI shares should a good opportunity arise to do so...
