It is if you believe it was more a smoke screen. This is what happens when you do not build a base of trust with shareholders. People become flippers and sell on news. They have seen so much BS with penny stocks they do not trust anyone and to this point it is apparent that SNEY's mgt. has not done so with shareholders. What I expected would happen with this news. Now if the FINS. and SL results came out and were what was expected or better and this came out I think you would see better results. JMHO

Only 180K shares traded ths far and some of that was a buy. I wouldnt say $1000 is a sell off but it is puzzling why ANYONE would sell on positive news.
