DKAM.OB - NEWS!...Drinks Americas Second Quarter Sales Reach $500,000

Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB:DKAM), a leading importer, developer and marketer of beverage products, announced that sales for the Company's second quarter that commenced in August will exceed $500,000. Sales in this second fiscal quarter will surpass total annual sales for the prior fiscal year. In the first weeks after the conclusion of Drinks Americas' transaction with Worldwide Beverage Imports, LLC, the Company has sold approximately $500,000 and is continuing to expand distribution of its new portfolio of KAH Tequila, Ed Hardy Tequila, Agave 99 Tequila, Mexicali Beer, Chili Beer and Red Pig Ale, along with continuing sales of Old Whiskey River Bourbon and Rheingold Beer.

Sales of KAH Tequila have led Company growth. KAH Tequila is a product of Fabrica de Tequilas Finos S.A. de C.V. crafted from hand selected 100% Blue Agave with Blanco, Reposado and Anejo varieties that are all certified organic and Kosher. KAH's distinct hand crafted bottles are designed to pay reverence and honor to Mexico and its people. The word KAH translates to "life" in the ancient Mayan language. KAH Tequila has won Gold Medal Awards at the Spirits of Mexico Festival and The Beverage Dynamics Advertising and Promotion Awards for Best New Packaged Product.
