Because Zecco in bed with the idiots at Penson. Anything Penson doesn't want to trade will show as "all trading on this stock has been halted" which is an out and out fraud in itself.
I think it is time for the SEC to jump Penson and figure out just how screwed up their books are.
And Zecco is going down the drain by remaining with Penson - they were a trader friendly broker before Penson worked whatever crooked deal they did to smooze Zecco into their services.
I know they are all crooked - but to be so damn Madoff brazen about it SHOULD BE A CLUE FOR THE SEC to put the porn on hold and get out and turn Penson inside out to get them out of the securities clearing business. IMO
