I think your guess is as good as ours vantillian...with 60 stocks being affected one would want to think alternative TAs and/or trading options will be found, but who knows...

IMO-It shouldn't have a negative impact on $EMXC considering the dividend issue's will be resolved and the real value of this company will soon be known to the masses.

This will be the only impact from the TA and his conversation with his cell mate, it will most likely go like this!
