It should seem obvious that the latest leg of the downward move was directly in response to the sale of millions of shares at $1.11. If you know better, please enlighten the rest of us.
Complaining on this site about the BOD has done nothing in the last X years that you have done it to influence events in any way that I've noticed. Continuing to do so is of course your privilege. I merely point out what are in my humble opinion two much more efficasious paths.
We will agree on one thing. Not taking questions from shareholders is inexcusable and in my opinion is a remnant of the days they needed guards at shareholder meetings.
I believe the real issue is not necessarily dilution. Everybody knows they need money and the weaker your balance sheet the more getting money to operate is going to cost. The question is whether or not one feels they are using the money received to generate increased value in the company (science.
In that case, you either think yes and stay or you think not and you sell.
We can be unhappy all we want but as far as I can see nothing being said on this board is going to change anything. As previously stated, IMO those saying the most in regard to being unhappy with management have probably done the least to get their attention. Constantly aggravating investors on this board with the same old tired stuff but absolutely doing nothing to challenge the folks in Tustin.
