The only reason he would be owed money is if someone arranged for an 'awareness program.' If you read the posts from that day (July 28 or something like that) it was posted that Stock Legends were contracted for $8k for their 'awareness program.'
That would be the only reason they would be owed money. IF they were contracted to do that.
Personally, I tend to think that they were because the companies who do these 'awareness programs' are so slimy and crooked that they would never do anything simply from the goodness of their own heart.
The only problem is that you can never believe anything they would say - before or after a pump.
