Just wanted to weigh in if its ok. I go back over 10yrs with a group that was in the end owners of Big Star. Not going to lie one bit. Horrible ride. Big Star is a private company now.
The events leading to this arrangement can be confusing. Being dividended out shares as well as purchasing shares of BMGI,, on 10/18 /2010 my 300,000 + I went through a 1/2500 r/s with no notice. That was Big Star. It now as a private company with products at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
On 3/15/2011 Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals made a stock purchase of Big Star media( public company) as a shell so as to make it easier,more cost effective and faster to get to market. On 4/08/2011 Finra approved ticker change from BMGI to PHAR.
How that relationship started i dont know. IMO BIG STAR had spun its last web and wanted to dump shell to get something. I think they would have let it go to a private horse poop company wanting to go public. It ended up PHARMSTAR being the taker with it obviously looking for a way to go public. It was a lot of overlapping events that sounded like it was just a name change but thats not true.
Cant tell you how much effort on DD i did and what was the most confusing to me was once FINRA approved ticker change, all search engines, all finance pages, all otc and other stock report ,media reports, THE TICKER CHANGE WENT RETRO ACTIVE. PHAR CAME TO LIFE ON 4/08 /11 BUT SINCE ALL THESE OUTLETS CHANGED TICKER FROM BMGI TO PHAR , EVEN 2-3YR OLD INCLUDED PHAR WHEN YOU SEARCHED BMGI.
Really dont think Howard thought this one through as far as this being an empty shell.This one was full of ghosts. Sometimes ghosts come back to haunt you.
