Not if the naked short can keep PMDP cellar boxed at .0001 cent.
They can keep selling shares (naked shorting) at .0001 with no intent on ever buying them back (covering) because they won't have to if the stock goes bye bye. If the stock does a r/s it's even a bigger win because 99.9% of all stocks that r/s fall back to no man's land again. That's the naked shorts intent and why they prey on .0001 cent stocks. It's a minimum 100% profit.

Shorts will weep soon. They all must cover.
