I don't believe the Judge has any power over the SEC in revoking the stock .. it was a simple easy way to do it through the BK court

the SEC will revoke the stock with or without the judges approval
the judge is well aware this was a scam .. and the insiders stole every dime and sold over 2 billion unregistered shares

its over .. the Judge will not get involved outside of his courtroom
