.02 gives us a market cap of roughly 30 million Nano cap - Companies having market caps below $50 million are nano caps. These companies are the most risky, and the potential for gain is often relatively small. These stocks typically trade on the pink sheets or OTCBB

5 million in sales gives an Earnings Per share of roughly .0033

Throw a low P/E ratio of 10 for a slow growing business and the price .033 is what investors would be willing to pay for this stock, but since this is still a pink we'll knock that down to 5 at best for now, so that equals .0165 a share, throw in some panic buying and a peak of .02 is very possible

say $300 for recertification fee/original unit divided by $5 mill in sales equals a 16,667 units need to be sold

16,667 units between La, Ga, Fla and Texas (for now) means an average of 4,166 units per state

Is it doable, sure, but now Alex needs to sell his butt off

By next spring there should be a strong indication as to whether or not Alex gets the above possibilty to come true...

Now there's the very slim and very outside chance that Alex makes some serious sales and is noticed by a larger company that wants in and possibly buys the whole thing out from Alex...

There is no max pps. And since this is a PINKSHEET company it can and will be PUMPED to at least .25 cents within the next 12 mths

Current and Future Events.
1. Law PASSED in Louisiana.
2. Law PASSED in Palm Beach County Florida.
3. State of Florida Law to be Voted on in January 2012. Will Pass.
4. Georgia BACKS Atwec's Product and Will Vote in Law in 2012.
5. Texas is Next State to see about the Alarm Law.
6. Transfer Agent will be Paid Fees. Helps CLEAN-UP Stock.
7. Financials will be Reported. Makes Corporation Transparent.
8. Atwec has a PATENT.
The Corporation might be Bought Out Before the End of 2012 but IF
NOT, We have (15) Fifteen Months Before the End of 2012.
My Opinion in Answering Your Question.

Here's my opinion on PPS 12/12.

1. Best ATWT has looked ever and most potential opportunities facing Wiley right now.
2. He has to be making sales; we just don't know how much. Articles and PR's say so in so many words.
3. Louisiana has passed; law was written such that it favor's Atwec products and if the patent is strong enough, he won't have much competition.
4. Hopes are that Georgia will pass; we all thought Florida was a slam dunk so can't completely count on that but given the Georgia Senator that made the comments again seems to want to work the law such that it favor's Atwec products.
5. One county that we know of in Florida passed a law for day care alarms in the vans transporting children. Hopefully law will be voted on again in 2012 and House of Reps step up to the plate and pass it. By then, hopefully Louisiana is taken care of by Atwec.
6. Texas was talked about; don't know much about them with any laws but it's a possibility.
7. I do believe Alex will buy back stock. If he wanted to reduce the OS any other way, he would have R/S'd us long ago. I think it's very safe to say there has not been any dilution in a long time, which means sales are enough to run the company and pay him a salary to keep going.
8. If Alex gets a couple states under his belt, the company grows very well and he can reduce the OS, I believe he will feel that he's satisfied with what's he's finally made with the company and start looking for buyers. And I'm sure a company that either has comparable products or one that can use the clients Atwec has made to further their own business would be very interested in Atwec. And they know there's many other states that could pass the law especially if other Senators see other states passing them and a reduction in children dying in day care vans when they are left.
9. As you mentioned before, Canada could be next and who knows if/what potential is out there for other countries as well once the company proves out multiple states.

So, if a lot of these things happen by EOY 2012 and based on what he would be able to reduce the OS to, a dollar is reachable. Given the current OS though of 1.4B, it will be hard to go over .01 but I do believe the OS WILL go down the correct way and we will see higher PPS valuations by that time or earlier.
