I am just monitoring it on an ongoing basis, and it is has stabilized since mid-March.
Since you very much enjoy expressing your opinions, could you opine on how and why you think the O/S has remained the same for three months now?
Could there be the slightest chance in your mind that a very small non-negative something (didn't use the word "positive" as I know that any use of that word seems to tick you off) might be happening to keep it that way?
Since we know that in the past, before this time, additional dilution has been necessary to pay the bills.
