Well the difference is, that you trust the PR and I don't. Maybe do some checking of past PR's and their accuracy, correctness and honesty and you will have different view.
And consider this: which right-minded bank will give this transaction any funding or credit, where both partners of the transaction have no revenues, no profit and no tangible assets and huge losses carried forward????
