Thanks for breakdown.

My internet is so slow I cannot get past "I will use the whitebor.."

I guess I'll end up with 10,000 instead of 100m if they do an R/S, hope only for a 1000:1 and not like some of the others I have been stuck in; I had one that did a 5500:1, I ended up with only 3 shares!

Question, however. Your point no. 1:
"I think there is a 1:1000 RS soon, number of shares accross the board (authorized and outstanding common and preferred) will go down. I think stock can go down for people to load more, get your cash ready ;)."
When do you think is the best time to buy? After the RS? Is it best to wait for now and then purchase after the RS accordingly? What do you think?
