In general competition does not bother me. They will have proved (or disproved, let's hope not) the concept before anyone takes notice. By then they should have a leg up on the competition.

Besides, it seems to me that there is room for a few competitors, in other cities of course. My main concern about competition is if they find out that their business plan only works in a few states due to the laws of the state.

During the last call John Talamas was researching other states to see if they could expand into them. He specifically mentioned NV, CO and LA for expansion.

Does anyone know if they have excluded any states? States that perhaps cap personal injury cases?

I'm not too concerned about competition. If you remember from past posts of mine on this board, the "magic" here is Donovan and Talamas working together. Dr. D has been a high demand expert witness on behalf of plaintiffs for over 500 cases in recent years so he knows the top PI attorneys around the country. And Talamas has been a top Advertising Manager and Consultant specializing in PI attorneys and select Medical areas that do advertise. This both with his former executive position with Clear Channel and more recently with his own consulting business.

I am not sure that either of the two would have entered this business were it not for the combined knowledge and experience.

But also remember this his a huge $50 billion sector. There will be plenty to go around even if competition appears.
