I'm not sure I ever remember anyone really saying Fong was going to retain any powers and or positions in the newly merge company.
You want to talk about not getting credit? You give Mr Fong 0. Why? Not sure. He has already completed one merger a few weeks a go, with his other company. He was also smart enough, to walk away from one bad deal (Freya), and into a reverse merger, with what appears to be a revenue producing company.... Why no props for that?? So within 60 days Fong will have closed two..... Give credit where credit is due.
