At par value company is worth around $800,000. But what is the real worth of a company that has has no significant revenue for 14 years, hasn't sold its flagship product, is arguably insolvent and has judgments against it for over $100,000? Some people, even those with an MBA, might conclude the value is far less. Stop with the excuses. Develop and execute a strategic plan that will make the company successful. Share with your SHs and the world the general tenets of that plan and restore confidence in the company. Stop hiding behind an NDA. How do you plan on raising capital? Or is it your strategy to not raise capital? What market are you targeting to generate intial sales? Forget targeting 10-15 markets. You don't have the resources to adequately approach all of them. Pick one or two and concentrate. I don't see any coherent strategy. And there's certainly little evidence to suggest the current atrategy (if there is one) has been successful. IMO
