I don't know that just moved up on low volume. also they didn't allow it to brake above .037, which suggest another sale off imo. Someone w/deep pockets tried to see if it would get above .037 and when it didn't they started selling big time. Also if you noticed everytime a big bid came up it was knocked out quik.
