Who would sell 3 million for .0006

who wouldn't?

What is wrong with this picture?

LLEG was suspended by the SEC and sent to the Grey Sheets, that's what's wrong with this picture.

Someone bought 3M @ .0009 also. A pretty good $2700 spent if you ask me.

Who would sell 3 million for .0009?

Quite a few possibilities as to who and why.

We are on the eve of the financing closing and final payment made which will add value to the stock

Management taking the final payment as their salary will add no value to the stock. Neither would there allowing it to pay for arrears preferred stock divys, add value to the common stock. Of course they will soon announce an earnings date, and when a 10Q will be presented to answer all questions.

Why sell out at bottom prices?

Are there any published (10Q) fundamentals which indicate these are bottom prices, for a Grey sheet stock? A bottom in this stock is subjective.

It seems someone decided to bid it up to 0015 by tossing in $232. It's a more pleasant number to leave the weekend with.

If something doesn't happen by the end of the year, I will have to sell in the triple zeros for the tax write-off. I believe this company to be headed for bigger and better things, but I have made too much money this year (largely due to LLEG)and if I don't show a loss or make enough profit to pay my taxes, I will be forced to sell. I hate being in this position but we are where we are. I judge no one for bailing. If I'm not able to sell by year's end I'm going to have my own problems with a regulatory agency... the IRS.

Every day that passes without additional information gives me additional agita (Italian for anxiety, basically). I have to watch this one very infrequently because of it but your comment awoke my frustration. Don't get me wrong, you are one of my favorite posters. I love and share your optimism, but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do.
