Re: Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods Markets. Eco-Safe must be plotting something big. Consider that ESS was motivated to create a brand new restaurant disinfection unit, the R-1000-3S. The impressive R-1000-3S offers three outlet taps, superior to one-tap R-1000, their older restaurant workhorse. As the R-1000-3S is geared to multiple users, it's doubtless a much easier sell to large restaurants and food purveyors like Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods. (WF has been expanding its 'eat-in' areas and choices.) Indeed, it would surprise me if those two chains had no hand in pushing the firm in the direction of multiple-user restaurant units such as the R-1000-3S.
