Nate, this is not an issue at all, since there is no actual buyback, just PRs leading pink sheet investors to believe they are buying back.
There is not one filing documenting a single share being purchased even though the company documented that they would be filing quarterly with the details of the supposed buyback.

Just spoke with TDA. They said this issue does not affect buying or selling the stock. Being Non-DTC only becomes an issue if your looking to transfer your holdings to another firm.
