This is true, they are as slow as molasses. FINRA is not run by the government though, neither is the SEC. They are self policing private entities, that's part of the problem with Wall Street, and what few people understand. FINRA is owned by the very Wall Street firms we bailed out for defrauding investors on Mortgage Securities. Funny how the SEC didn't suspend their trading, eh?
Until we end the SEC and it's controlled interest groups, we're never going to end the corruption. And small companies would be crazy to think they are safe from being attacked like this when they take their company public.
