Only if more than 25% of the past 3-day average daily volume will you have issues...use Penson and already clarified with them...

Zecco uses Penson. Zecco said nothing has changed for them.

My friend in Canada told me if he were to buy a penny stock that wasn't on DTC then he'd be charged big time to process the handling. I do have Scottrade and they're usually very easy to deal with.
