That 1 billion shares Scott owns could be sold if he wanted to. What I am hoping for, and what I think many other investors are hoping or, is that Scott retires some of his shares. If he took some or all of them out of the 2.5 billion O/S, that would help raise the pps. As long as they are available to be sold, however, they do have a negative impact on the pps.
I am pleased with what Scott has done with the company so far. I am hoping he continues to build, as he has been doing. And I am also hoping he retires some or all of his shares to increase the pps substantially. I do not know what the process would be to retire shares, but if he could take some or all of his 1 billion shares out of circulation, that would reduce the 2.5 billion O/S to 1.5 billion (assuming he retires 1 billion of his shares).
