I donot see why this stock can't reach $1 by end of FY2011 if they get the first payment from the new project this year. Here's my napkin math for 2011:

new project Aug1-Dec31, 2011 = 37.7m
Q1'11 rev= 3.55m
Q2'11 rev= 3.55m assumed
Total Rev Jan1-July31= 10m assumed
Total 2011 rev= 47.7m
Net Inc based on 17% margin= 8.11m
2011 eps= 0.53
