Technically, VLXC is not totally out of woods yet. But, it is out of emergency room and so far so good in the recovery process.

To really confirm what had been proclaimed by Matin, it has to trade above $4, new high after reverse split.

Maybe, it can get there by end of the year?

However, it should grind its way there, and not by spiking.... only to be sold into...

Then, you have a real winner.
