ALCL Announces Shareholder Approval of Preferred Class of Stock


Atlas Capital Holdings Inc. - OTCQB: ALCL (the "Company") announced today shareholder approval to amend the Articles of Incorporation to include a preferred class of stock. Shareholders approved 1,000,000 preferred shares to be authorized par value $0.001.
