It's an interactive program that allows people to look at property being sold. From what I gather it's something that makes it a simulation of walking through the house. I have no idea but if I had to wager a guess, I would think it's something like a Google maps-ish 360 degree camera that gets pushed through the house, which allows the user to "walk" around with the camera as their head, and they can look around.
Totally a guess, but they say it's unique to the industry, and I think that's a pretty cool feature for real estate agents to implement on their listings.
