Hi Wayno2, Zecco sent me a notice of terminating my bank account connection this afternoon too. Prior to that they double charged me for the transfer I initiated earlier this week. That transfer was rejected by Zecco because I had an auto deposit pending from last Friday. I contacted them earlier today and was credited the $100 transfer fees and they said I would only be charged once the transfer was approved and they stated it was ok for me to initiate the transfer again.

I thought everything was cleared up so I contacted Fidelity to get the transfer going again but now according to Fidelity, Zecco rejected my transfer again this time due to an 45 day hold that was placed on my account due to an ACH deposit (total BS).

Zecco really acting like a company in deep dodo. Lets hope we get out of this thing soon.

Even the customer service reps at Zecco know they are in trouble. I told a rep on Friday that I was transferring everything out, and he said "I'd do the same thing". I told him he should probably start looking for a new job, and he agreed. I think he hated Penson as much as I do, he just can't call them blood sucking crooked scumbags on a taped conversation, so I did that for him.
