The list does not necessarily get updated daily. A friend of mine was rejected a couple days ago and I tried for the heck of it today and received a general ECN rejection. I spoke with them via live chat and they said it is now on the list. Not only that, but they said if i wanted to sell it (which I don't) they said I would have to phone it in and commission is estimated $200-$700. Therefore I need to transfer it. Was it an old limit order you had in place? I was able to buy last week without issue.
I wish it wasn't the case because I actually like Zecco.
