looking at his resume, he probably has a lot of friends, in high places, probably important places too. Looking at the info i scooped up, a person with his resume doesn't exist for as long as he has been in this field if insider trading were an issue. more importantly, and this is key, as KLEE and i pointed out in previous posts, aside from running successful oil companies, he has spent his recent history as a consultant for many companies abroad, which means he has been getting paid, to help direct companies, to be successful, thanks to all of his knowledge and experience. some may argue that he wasn't running or in charge of the companies he was consulting for, but in reality, the individuals in charge of those companies sought him out because of his expertise, and paid him to help direct those companies which says a lot about him. Head's of companies don't just pick some bum off the street, or somebody with a bad track record to be a consultant, because in the long run, their reputation is on the line, would you leave your reputation and job to somebody you didn't trust?

Also, he has worldwide experience, and with his years in the field, this is nothing but positive for UTOG. Now im not saying we are gonna start drilling all over the world. But im sure he's seen almost all you can see in oil prodution. Yet, i wouldn't shut the door on expanding operations, especially with his fund raising abilities. Which may I add, he has specialized in drilling-production, which is exactly where we are now. Add to that the fact that he has raised over $200,000,000 for projects, not only proves he has friends in high places, but he has their confidence!

Some people here have been saying he is an old coot or whatnot, im not gonna elaborate my opinion here except, he is just barely old enough to be president of the USA, enough said!

Finally, he's not going to take all of that time, effort and experience to a dead end company. UTOG is going up, and with him at the helm, the sky is the limit. And im sure he knows with a relist coming soon, this company will take off! UTOG seems pretty comfortable with their reports to FINRA, since they have made it known that they will be holding all PR's until the relist, thats confidence! I take the price fluctuation with a grain of salt, considering we are on the grey sheets, and i jump on the cheap shares while i can!

FINRA drags their feet in situations likeUTOG's, but once the relist happens, pps is going to take off like a rocket, and with production also around the corner, i guarantee, within 6 months of the relist we will be at new highs! We've just got to hang in there and stay strong until that day comes, and when it does, we will benefit big time!

To be honest AS, I didn't even think about Butterfield's presence in UTOG being a plus in regards to business relationships, friends, family... all of which would take an interest in the company he is at the helm of and start making some serious investments into it if they know what he is capable of. How many people follow Warren Buffett, not saying that's what Butterfield is, but when someone has such a positive resume of success in the business that he consults, why wouldn't you want to get a piece of that pie?

Although I have to say that I don't think Buffett is going to be the life saver in BoFa's troubles... but it's on my watch list.

Thanks for giving us something else to think about regarding Butterfield taking on UTOG!
