If it's what I think I'm looking at, that's not a bridge, but oil field pads that they lay out in the marsh for the heavy equipment to roll over. If so, they'll just flip it back over with the crane when it gets there. I've see those in the marsh where they're drilling in low lying areas (like this). A series of heavy planks bolted together into a pad that lays flat on the ground. A normal bridge on piling couldn't have flipped over.
