In a way I'm glad they didn't. I wasn't into SSOL right then because SSOL wasn't trading LOL. They would be a $10 stock with facilities and approved patents all over the place if they could get that kind of money LOL. The Obama Administration did not do their DD on that one. Seems they just hand them money and let them do whatever they want.
