Lets give him some time, Burk. At first glance just about everyone questions the pay structure. Too bad Guyer couldn't put a disclaimer in the 10Q's saying he sells as few as possible.
The mill is not in that bad of shape. I talked to one guy that said that a mill up there doesn't break from age, but that they normally break down from heavy use. The last time they started it after a decade of of being turned off, a few motors had to be fixed. Out of the hundreds of motors in the mill that isn't bad. I wish they had better lighting in there, so you could see the shape of everything, but they turn the power on they increase the overhead. I'm sure that time is coming soon.
