Excellent point, and you're right. No matter how much experience we have, we can always be conned. I think I have a finger on the pulse of Sney, but I will be the first to say that I cannot be 100% certain. If it sounds too good, it probably is, and this sounds good. That's why we should try to do as much DD as we can, and DD is not going to SNEY's web site or talking to Parent. It's going to independent third party suppliers, gov't officials and clerks, etc., buyers, providers and credit sources. It's hard and expensive and as indicated by my ten day countdown, not always verifiable or dependable. And SL is a long way off. I think Funkyarizona ought to drop by their home office in AZ and get us some info. Or anyone else who lives there.
