When contracts of significance are executed and production is planned, yes more shares should be bought. However, sometimes by the time the aforementioned process is taken place the pps may explode to much higher levels. Timing is everything. Speculatively speaking, now is not a bad time to purchase resealable amounts, if your spirit moves you.
