Actualy, if they really looked they would see both sides of the transaction in the link provided.

Any profits on transactions made in that LLC will have zero benefit to AMHD shareholders. Who in their right mind would trust an old swindler like Aziz to ever pass through one nickel of profit to any of the public company shareholders?

Aziz owns the preferred here and he has proven in the past that he is only out for himself and he will do anything, including lie like a cur dog to make sure that he gets the whole pie.
