Why?
They are promising a permit @ the end of the month but that doesn't happen.

I think that you have to look to the weak longs that were just buying for the permit approval at the end of the month. Now that we have ended the month without the permit, these people will be selling the stock IMO.

Although I know it is difficult to be patient don't get discouraged. Great things come to those that wait. (Hopefully in September!!!!!!!!!!)
