Fraudster Ollu was the driving force behind MRES despite his claims of only being a consultant.
The AMF has now caught him and Cease Traded him on MRES.
MRES is effectively dead.
The whole Russian deal was merely an attempt to throw the baby out with the bathwater and hope the AMF didn't proceed.
