I don´t think that lack of info, preventing real investors, that invested a lot of money, for a long time, because of a few flipers that always come around, is a good way to deal in public companies.

There are always some flipers that want just to talk bad. But there are investors that want to know that the company where they invested is alive and well.
After all, they wouldn't be here if they did not trust the company, IMO.
