Most people with any experience of OTC scams like BISU know that LoIs (Letters of Intent) are ten a penny and mean absolutely nothing, except for their utility as a hook for stock promoters to push the stock.

What do we know about "Type 2 Defense"?

Like so many of the companies that are mentioned in similar attempts to drum up interest, it appears that Type 2 Defense was almost literally unheard of until BISU's PR was released today. Certainly its web presence was non-existent:

Interestingly, two of Amyot's other biopharmaceutical scams, ProtoKinetix, PKTX, and Spencer Pharma, SPPH, also use an interest in diabetes and alliances/LoIs/Acquisitions with fictional companies to orchestrate their pump and dumps too.

I can't help thinking that BISU would be better off employed fixing their error-strewn 10 Q, which both SEC and FINRA have been alerted to (don't mention it) rather than making up stuff like this.
