I feel sure that at some point it was a legit company, I just don't know what to think of it now. It even came out months ago as a pick on a paid stock service who does in depth DD. I assume it's just a Chinese thing because I have traded a few other Chinese stocks and even when the quarterly comes out with great numbers, nobody cares and the stock just sits there.
