someone bought a almost 44 million shares in one trade towards the end of the day yesterday at .0003, though it is not a huge gain in profit, if that individual sold all 44 mil at .0004, that would be a quick 4400 dollars, not bad for a day or two's worth of work.

Not sure that is the case, but it is possible.
