Actually ..I would have worried if there was a major change in the Leadership team...we only know that the secretary and 2 other workers got laid off..thats really not earth shaking since that action is not going to stop the launch of PHAR products..and there will be better,efficient replacements to the ones fired!.There are no mixed signals.. i am sad that some lost their jobs ..but howard was not getting value for his money..understandable!..and this not a 10 year old company..it is just 5 months old..and the pains that a company goes through to find its footing,organize and launch the many array of world class products in the face of established brands guarentees good stress levels for the management till they capture their share of the market..and staff ,secretaries and others who are not dynamic and proactive or untrustworthy to any degree ..are a great liability to the company for they can actually regress the company which is unpardonable in this situation ..at this time..before the tour..and products launch are just too close!!.
